JCB Excavator repair

A critical repair to a 5 ton JCB excavator- the arm had broken off at the chassis! The swivel is a twin-hinge design, and the top ear had snapped clean off, and the bottom one was badly bent. We welded the old ear back on, straightened the bottom ear, line bored the whole lot, and installed 3 reducing bushes to resize the holes to their original diameter- good as new.
